Chapman Court    2018 Chapman Court is a historic architectural gem in the heart of Koreatown, showcasing exquisite Spanish Revival and Churrigueresque design. Built in 1928 during Los Angeles’ Golden Age, it remains a defining landmark of the neighborhood.

For Elkwood Investments Karen and Alan led the adaptive reuse effort, directing a team through schematic design, site planning, tenant guidelines, branding, signage, interior design, and graphic identity. Their work helped revitalize the property, preserving its historic character while reimagining it for a new era.
