Konbi  I & II - Critically acclaimed chefs Akira Akuto and Nick Montgomery opened a first as well as second location of their much beloved Japanese sandwich and pastry shop - in Echo Park (2017) and Culver City (2022) in respectively.

A hardworking bakery as well as an open stainless steel kitchen and clean room for ice cream.  An 8 flavor dipping case for a revolving menu of innovative ice cream flavors sits behind a long tiled counter - tiled in a custom mix of Temparto Tileworks partially glazed terracotta tiles.
