2025Lovers Unite overhauled all the public areas of this 280+ unit apartment complex for a 55+ senior community. Areas of our focus include the Clubhouse & Mailroom, Pool and Outdoor Lounge and Dining areas, Lobby and Staff Offices as well as connecting crosswalk and streetfront improvements. To help foster a greater sense of community, programmatic areas were reoriented for greater visibility and connection across zones and uses.
