LIELLE is  a Michelin-starred wine cave for chef Marcus Jernmark in the heart of the city. Barrel-vaulted cork ceilings and antique European lights cast a soft, jelly-like glow. A space that feels discovered: romantic, earthy, and surprising.

MOUNTAIN DRIVE is a 3,500 sq ft 2 bedroom mountainside residence carved into the hills of Santa Barbara. The house is arranged as a series of glass viewing boxes anchored with sculptural cast-in-place
